Monica Bellucci and Vincent Cassel were among the guests yesterday at Maria Monteiro De Carvalho’s in Rio de Janeiro, who hosted a gala dinner to honor Cartier’s CEO Bernard Fornas. Style tips: if you think you have already seen that outfit it’s because you have – Monica was wearing the same outfit at another Cartier event and at Venice Film Festival, in 2005.

Speaking about her upcoming projecs, Monica herself stated she was going to move to Brazil with Vincent and the girls right after the summer. So if this is the case, what about Mimmo Calopresti’s Uno per Tutti? No further news about it for now, let’s just hope the movie is still in the works.

Monica Bellucci and Dolce&Gabbana are teaming up again in Taormina this year! Monica was spotted in the Sicilian city this afternoon, photoshooting for a new campaign. Check out the first pictures, more will be added tonight!

Monica has spent her 48th birthday at her parent’s home in San Giustino, Italy, sharing the birthday date with her father Pasquale and welcoming an AVIS (blood donoring service) delegations at home. She also revealed she is taking a 5-6 months break before moving to Brazil next spring, in order to start working on her and Vincent’s new  project. Here is the full article in Italian:

MONICA BELLUCCI ha aperto eccezionalmente le porte della casa di famiglia a Lama, per accogliere il presidente onorario dell’Avis Antonio Gasperini. Un evento più unico che raro «perché io quando vengo a casa — dice la star internazionale — non voglio vedere nessuno…». Eppure, complice l’amicizia coi genitori Pasquale e Brunella, Monica ha deciso di invitare sabato sera una delegazione dell’Avis. E c’eravamo anche noi de‘La Nazione’. Ma c’è un legame in più: la Bellucci, quandofrequentava il Liceo a Città di Castello, era una donatrice volontaria di sangue. Sul filo di questo nobile impegno più attuale che mai, Gasperini ha portato a Monica quella tessera da socia, gelosamente custodita negli archivi, per farla autografare, rinnovando «una scelta importante nella quale ancora credo», ha detto la splendida star.

L’attrice è arrivata a Roma nel pomeriggio di giovedì, quindi ha raggiunto l’abitazione dei genitori a Lama per trascorrere qualche ora assieme agli adorati familiari nel giorno del suo compleanno (30 settembre) concomitante con quello del padre Pasquale, poi festeggiato anche al castello di Anghiari. Monica era stata invitata a partecipare alle celebrazioni per i 58 anni del gruppo Avis tifernate (oltre 2.500 donazioni nel 2011) che si sono svolte ieri: «Mi dispiace non aver partecipato direttamente — ha precisato — ma quando vengo a casa porto le bambine, preferisco rimanere con i miei familiari e non partecipare a manifestazioni pubbliche».

E INFATTI Monica, jeans a zampa e camicia nera, capelli sciolti ed uno charme naturale che la rende bellissima, si presenta tenendo per mano la secondogenita Leonie. Si somigliano come due gocce d’acqua. «Sono appena tornata dal Toronto Film Festival — confida Monica — dove abbiamo presentato la prima mondiale di ‘Rhino Season’. Ho interpretato una donna iraniana nel nuovo film del maestro kurdo Bahman Ghobadi», già vincitore del Certain Regard a Cannes nel 2009.

«Ma come ci si sente ad essere la donna più bella del mondo?», chiede incuriosito Antonio Gasperini di fronte ad un fascino eccezionale. «Io mi sento una persona normalissima, ci sono ragazze giovani e molto belle, diciamo che quello che più conta per me è la famiglia, le mie figlie con le quali passo il maggior tempo possibile». Tanto che Monica, già ripartita alla volta di Parigi, starà ferma per alcuni mesi: «Un periodo nel quale cercherò di godermi il più possibile la mia vita privata, poi in primavera ci trasferiremo a vivere a Rio de Janeiro per impegni di lavoro. Solitamente io e Vincent (il marito Cassel, attore francese) cerchiamo di incastrare i nostri impegni di lavoro in modo tale che qualcuno di noi sia sempre presente con le bambine. Ma quando non è possibile sono le figlie a seguirci in giro per il mondo. Loro ci sono abituate ed è bello così».

Also, good news for the movie premiere: according to the news, Rhino Season will hit Turkish theatres on October 26, so we can expect it to be out in the rest of Europe before Christmas maybe.
