Following her appearance in Dolce & Gabbana‘s spring/summer 2012 campaign, Monica Bellucci has been made a face of Dolce & Gabbana Make Up – alongside fellow actresses Felicity Jones and Scarlett Johansson.

“We love Monica and have worked with her many times over the past 20 years. Her beauty is timeless,” said Domenico Dolce. “She expresses the Dolce & Gabbana woman perfectly,” added Stefano Gabbana, “She is ravishing – a true Italian icon.”

To celebrate the appointment, Bellucci will launch her own limited-edition range with the brand – Monica Lipstick Collection.

“I’m delighted to be collaborating with Domenico and Stefano on Dolce & Gabbana The Make Up,” said the actress. “I have always adored the aesthetic of Dolce & Gabbana and it’s so exciting to be involved with their creative process.”

The Monica Lipstick Collection will be available from May 12.

Last night Monica attended a gala dinner held at the Italian embassy in Moscow by Dolce&Gabbana to promote Martini Gold. Looks like Gabbana couldn’t stop taking pictures and videos of Monica (who was wearing a black gown we have already seen many times [1 | 2 | 3]- she really must love it doesn’t she?): in one of the videos Gabbana has tweeted you can even see Monica shouting “keep that thing away from me!” at his Iphone! Yesterday a cocktail party was thrown in Milan (Italy) for the opening of “Quando, quando, quando”, Jonas Akerlund’s commercial for D&G Martini Gold, starring Monica Bellucci and Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce themselves.
